COMPETITION RULES

SINA MONTREAL 2025

1. ORGANIZER

The competition is organised by OK AGENCE, a simplified joint-stock company, registered under SIREN 849 152 962. Established at 79 RUE DE L'ABBE GROULT, 75015 PARIS .

2. COMPETITION PERIOD

  • Registration opens as soon as the competition page goes live.

  • Registration closes: June 23, 2025 at 3:00 PM

  • The draw will take place on June 23, 2025 at 4 p.m., during the 2nd edition of Sina Montréal.

3. ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to all adults (18 years and older)

  • Free and nominative registration for the 2nd edition of Sina Montréal (June 21-23, 2025)

  • Attendance at the show is mandatory in order to submit your participation coupon.

  • Not eligible: members of the Sina Events organization and their immediate families

4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Registration for the show: fill out the online form on sinaevents.com and collect your personalized ticket.

  2. On-site presence: come to the Palais des Congrès de Montréal between June 21 and 23, 2025.

  3. Submitting your entry form: present your personalized ticket at the competition reception to obtain a form. Fill it out and deposit it in the designated ballot box.

5. LOTS AND DELIVERY PROCEDURES

  • Price: 2 return tickets Montreal ↔ Algiers (economy class)

  • Flights will be issued subject to availability and on dates to be agreed upon with the winner.

  • The prize is neither exchangeable, nor refundable, nor transferable.

6. DRAWING AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNER

  • A single draw from all submitted coupons will take place on June 23, 2025 at 4 p.m.

  • The winner will be announced on stage and contacted by email and telephone within 48 hours of the draw.

7. WINNER CONFIRMATION

  • The winner must confirm their acceptance of the prize and their flight availability within 7 days.

  • Otherwise, the prize will be put back into play under the same conditions.

8. DATA PROTECTION

  • The information collected (name, surname, email, telephone) will be used solely for the organization of the competition and the awarding of the prize.

  • In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data by contacting us at: direction@sinaevents.com

9. RESPONSIBILITY

  • The organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure, cancellation, or incorrect data transmission.

  • The participant accepts the rules without reservation and guarantees the accuracy of the information provided.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in this competition implies full and complete acceptance of these rules, which are permanently available on the website sinaevents.com/reglement-concours.
